I Am An Adventurer And Love Being Outside. I Live A Very Active Lifestyle, If I Sit Around For Too Long I Become Restless. I Am Happiest When I Am Surrounded By Nothing But Nature, Gazing Out For Miles Atop A Summit.  I Am Passionate About Getting The Most Out Of My Life. I Tend To Think Outside The Box. For Me, Normal Doesn't Quite Cut It. I Love Spending My Weekends 14Ing (Climbing/Hiking Colorado's 14,000+ Ft Mountains). I Am A Health Food Enthusiast; I Seek The Most Nutritious Foods To Fuel My Active Lifestyle.

I Am A Firm Believer In Karma, You Are What You Do. I Live In Summit County Colorado With My Beautiful Girlfriend Shannon. I Have A Pet Hedgehog Named Knuckles, He's Pretty Sedentary But I Don't Hold It Against Him. He Is Nocturnal By Nature, Much Like Me, But We're Working On It.  I'm Always Thinking, Some Days My Mind Races Nonstop. Without Meditation To Quell The Waves, I Would Be In Rough Shape.

I Look For The Best Foods Out There; Quality And Ingredients Go Hand In Hand. After Working In A Health Food Store, I Was Dissatisfied By The Majority Of Nut Butters That Were Not Prepared Properly. So Much So That I Decided To Make My Own. I Understood That Soaking/Sprouting Nuts And Seeds Aided In Digestion, As Well As Maximized Nutrient Bioavailability. I Set Off Mixing 16 Nuts And Seeds, Whipping It Up In My Vitamix. I Thought It Tasted So Good; I Started Sharing It With Family And Friends. The Feedback I Got Was All-Positive. I Soon Had Requests For Other Flavors And Sustainabutter Was Born. I Think The Whole World Will Love This Stuff. I Want Everyone To Try It And Soak In The Benefits (Pun Intended!).

Dissatisfied by what wasn't on the shelf, I grabbed various bulk raw nuts and seeds. I couldn't choose just one, I was curious as to how a blend would taste. each ingredient That was added Increased the nutritional Density & Diversity...

eventually I arrived at 16 nuts and seeds, Excluding peanuts and soybeans (having the highest allergy rate and being legumes). as well as adding only the most nutritious sweeteners real fruit, maple syrup, and coconut nectar. while ruling out High-Glycemic agave and rice syrup.
